All sales are final. Elite Ballers does not accept returns or issue refunds.
No returns or refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all purchases from Elite Ballers are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances, except as required by applicable law.
Order cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Because each item is custom-produced through our print-on-demand partner Tapstitch, production begins immediately upon order confirmation. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Defective or incorrect items
In the rare event that you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us at support@eliteballers.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will work with Tapstitch to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
Sizing & color disclaimer
We strongly encourage customers to review our size guide before ordering. Slight variations in color may occur due to monitor settings and the printing process. These variations do not constitute a defect and are not eligible for a replacement or refund.
