Production time
All Elite Ballers products are made to order by our partner Tapstitch. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Production times may be longer during peak periods or holidays.
Worldwide shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated transit times after production:
United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
Rest of world: 10–21 business days
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to populate after the shipment is scanned.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Elite Ballers is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Elite Ballers is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed.
