Elite Ballers sells custom apparel produced on demand by our fulfillment partner, Tapstitch. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including logos, graphics, text, and product designs — is the property of Elite Ballers and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
5. Limitation of liability
Elite Ballers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
